SDA Customised Pty Ltd provides premium housing for NDIS participants in New South Wales. As a certified provider (registration ID: 4-GC0JZ3A)  with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), we are uniquely sensitive to the needs of NDIS participants and carefully consider objectives like functionality, maneuverability and safety as we develop properties.

SDA Customised works with investors, contractors and real estate professionals to bring our projects to life, and we work with you to help you find a safe, luxurious home for yourself and your family.

Who We Are

SDA Customised is an NDIS-registered specialist disability accommodation (SDA) provider based on the NSW Central Coast. Led by our founder, Steve Livesley, we work closely with clients and NDIS participants to develop comfortable, affordable and functional housing.

Our Mission

Our mission is to set a “benchmark” in high physical support and accessible housing that is not readily available in well-serviced locations, with accessible lifestyle choices nearby. We empower NDIS participants with functional accommodations that allow them to live as independently as possible. 

Our Vision

Our vision is to continually provide “premium” specialist disability accommodation to participants with an established NDIS/SDA management plan, who may find “group home living” unsuitable.

Our Commitment

In order to accomplish our mission and our vision, we wish to establish an ongoing, amicable relationship with supported independent living specialists (SILS) and independent carers familiar with high care participants' needs.
